Epistaxis

I woke up this morning with a blood stain on my pillow (I thought someone stab me or something, jeesh!), and suddenly I realized that I had a nose bleed, You may call it Epistaxis or simply nose bleed. I came to office with blood stains on my handkerchief (good thing I brought some extras)... Maybe its too hot, My body can't take the summer heat, its beginning to take its toll on my system. I'm an inborn anemic, maybe its a contributing factor...

I hate this when it happens...
