Yipee! Since half of my personality is Geek. I was invited to attend Geek Up!

GeekUp! is an informal gathering of tech enthusiasts and developers. The first GeekUp! Manila was held at the G2VC Tech Bar where they featured seven new awesome inventions. There were 7 speakers and each speaker was given 10 minutes to present his/her application, with an additional 5 minutes Q&A. Applications are not limited in terms of scope – they can be web applications, mobile applications, and even new devices.

It was a “nosebleed fest” at first considering we’re not really that “techie” but later on, I got the hang of it. I really wanted to attend this because new applications always interest me. It was a very casual, intimate event but it was fun.

Almost all of them caught my attention. They were all cool. But I particularly liked three of them: SignApp Now, The Ink Squad, and Gloo.

SIGNAPP NOW!

SignApp Now is the dead simple way of creating sign up sheets. It’s so simple you don’t need to register to use it. The truth behind Pains true form has been revealed, the death of his family and friend cause him anguish and unimaginable Pain. We'll here more about his story on next weeks Naruto 447 chapter.

He revealed that Amagakure and Konoha were the culprits behind the death of Yahiko and the news of them 3 being killed. It was revealed that they become famous in Amagakure because of their talents as a ninjas that even became a threat to Danzou and Hanzou, that they plotted a trap to kill them, they even took Konan as their hostage, but Hanzou didn't know that Yahiko is willing to be the sacrifice in order for Nagato to continue his dreams and save Konan, and all will be revealed in Naruto 447 chapter next week.

Naruto 447 might contain the other half of the story, how Pain and Konan form or joined Akatsuki, why Madara Uchiha is with them, and how Jiraiya fought the 6 bodies of Pain, and maybe we'll see how Naruto change Nagato's view about the shinobi system. There's a lot to be revealed in Naruto 447 next week, expect the all conversation chapter for a while.

Sara Watson, an English art student, turned a car "invisible" with a lovely trompe l'oeil paintjob:

Sara Watson, who is studying drawing at the University of Central Lancashire (Uclan), took three weeks to transform the car's appearance.
She created the illusion in the car park outside her studio at Uclan's Hanover Building in Preston.

The car is now being used for advertising by the local recycling firm that donated the vehicle.

long conversations makes some readers bored, but, please don't forget that these conversations in the recent chapters are crucial in order to know other side of the story about some of the characters, it gives us a glimpse of how they become to be missing ninjas or s-rank most wanted ninjas. We need get some story from the past happenings of Pain in order for us to know why did he turned to darkness after those two incidents in his life that changed him, it will be a great naruto 446 chapter next week, since the long talks will be over, now we'll be back om action that most of us missed.

im hoping that naruto 446 will reveal the fate of Nagato in Narutos hand, or the other way around, will Konan fight Naruto or Konan will choose ally with Konoha? I know everybody wants to know the plans of the Elders especially Danzo of Root Anbu division. There are too many left questions that needs an answer, or there many events that needs revelation. we just have to wait for the right time, i guess.

I hope Katsuyu won't tell Neji and his team about the location of Naruto, since they might spoil the conversation of Pain, everything might lead to disaster if they were to intervene. i hope naruto 446 spoilers will be up soon! i know you want them too. Manga Fanatic

I've been a Manga fanatic for about 5 years now, The very first manga I ever read in naruto which was bought from Japan, the first volume. I got hook up reading it because of the uniqueness of the story. Ever since then I began reading other mangas such as Bleach, One Piece, Zettai Kareshi, and many more.

Naruto manga, Bleach manga, and One Piece manga are the one I love reading! But, Bleach manga have too many character development and I cannot keep track of the happenings. I tend to get lost when a new chapter is release, compare to naruto and one piece, they only focus to the major characters growth.

Summer Destination: Coron, Palawan

May 19, 2009 will be a date to remember since it will be my 2009 summer escapade. For this year our summer destination will be the island beaches of Coron, Palawan, actually Coron, Palawan is just our second choice because Gota village resort/lodge in Caramoan beach, Camarines Sur is already fully booked until July this year, so we to find another beach that is comparable to the beauty of Caramoan beach, Camarines Sur, and alas we found Coron, Palawan.

Its quite pricey/expensive but somehow we managed to grab the opportunity to avail of Philippine Airlines promo we already booked for Manila to Palawan flight and payed P2,250.00. We will stay in Coron Village Lodge, we payed P5,000+ for the 3 nights and 4 days stay, now that's affordable. Oh, plus the pocket money we need to bring for the pasalubongs. To sum it all, the total cost is around P8,000 to P10,000, If you're still planning about your summer outing or summer escapade you have to consider this place!

Wish me luck! I'm keeping my expectations high about this place! I'll keep you posted.

Naruto 444 and Naruto 444 Spoilers

Expect the all talks in Naruto 444 next week. I'm pretty sure there will be no action in the coming chapter (s). Naruto 443 is not as great as I expected. The climax of the story has ended, Pain losing to Naruto. It's like the this chapter is the summary of all that happen about Pain's past, from the time he defeated Jiraiya to the destruction of Konoha.

As expected from Sakura, she healed the wounds of Hinata Hyuuga (very courageous to do in helping Naruto! Becoming so reckless all for the name of love). Well I hope we see more actions i mean talks in Naruto 444 chapter this week. Have you noticed their faces? They're all left awed and surprised that Naruto has been able to defeat all six Pains (thanks to the power of Kyuubi)!

Its pretty wise for Naruto to remove all the chakra receiver rods from Yahiko Tendou Pains body, so that Nagato will not be able to use it again. I wonder what really happened to Yahiko that lead him to become Pains puppet. I have a feeling that Naruto 444 will explain everything on what really happen to Yahiko, Nagato, and Konan after Jiraiya left them.

It was not a great chapter while it is not a bad chapter after all. All we have to do now is wait for Naruto 444 and Naruto 444 spoilers, lets just wish that there will be early spoilers uploaders on MH and OM. Thank to SleepyFans for this weeks chapter!

The last performer to launch with a pair of Hot 100 chart-toppers was Christina Aguilera, who reigned with "Genie in a Bottle" (1999) and "What a Girl Wants" (2000). Megan Joy Corkrey's brother was the person who shouted "Broken record!" at the American Idol judge as she was giving her comments to his sister during Tuesday night's live episode, according to Us Weekly.

The incident began following Corkrey's rendition of "Turn Your Lights Down Low" by Bob Marley with Lauryn Hill.

"Megan, I really like you but I think you're in trouble. Here's the thing, it's just not the song choice for you, Bob Marley. I wanna hear Adele's 'Chasing Pavements'..." said DioGuardi before Corkrey's brother yelled "broken record" from the audience.

"What did he say?" asked DioGuardi before both Simon Cowell and Randy Jackson informed her what he had said.

"Well, let me not be a broken record and say 'Chasing Pavement,' Adele, that part of your register was even getting irritating for the first time. There was no falsetto. You have a beautiful falsetto and you never use it," continued DioGuardi, who was this time met by a chorus of boos.

"Alright, you get up here and do it then!" yelled DioGuardi in response, which prompted a quick quip from Cowell.

"Don't fall out with our audience," he told her.

After Paula Abdul gave her own comments, Cowell took it upon himself to defend DioGuardi's earlier comments.

"The problem was is that the song was boring. It was indulgent, it was monotonous and all the things we all liked about you are disappearing," he said. "You are actually becoming indulgent, and nobody's gonna like that song and I agree with Kara. It just wasn't you, and it is all about song choice . It was just so boring."

Jackson agreed with Cowell and DioGuardi, likening Corkrey's performance to "watching paint dry." However the 23-year-old from Utah defended her song selection after the judges' comments.

"I think that the audience was feeling it and I think that my fans were feeling it," she told Idol host Ryan Seacrest, who asked if she understood the judges' criticism.

"I understand what they're saying and I fully intend on bringing what they have envisioned because I can understand that now," she replied. "But I liked my song."

"You've been saying that every week," said Cowell, taking a not-so-subtle jab at the "broken record" comment Corkrey's brother had hurled at DioGuardi.

However the incident apparently didn't end there, as Us reported DioGuardi decided to confront Corkrey's brother during the commercial break.

Tomorrow -- April 1 -- is D-Day for Conficker, as whatever nasty payload it's packing is currently set to activate. What happens come midnight is a mystery: Will it turn the millions of infected computers into spam-sending zombie robots? Or will it start capturing everything you type -- passwords, credit card numbers, etc. -- and send that information back to its masters?

No one knows, but we'll probably find out soon.

Or not. As Slate notes, Conficker is scheduled to go "live" on April 1, but whoever's controlling it could choose not to wreak havoc but instead do absolutely nothing, waiting for a time when there's less heat. They can do this because the way Conficker is designed is extremely clever: Rather than containing a list of specific, static instructions, Conficker reaches out to the web to receive updated marching orders via a huge list of websites it creates. Conficker.C -- the latest bad boy -- will start checking 50,000 different semi-randomly-generated sites a day looking for instructions, so there's no way to shut down all of them. If just one of those sites goes live with legitimate instructions, Conficker keeps on trucking.

Conficker's a nasty little worm that takes serious efforts to bypass your security defenses, but you aren't without some tools in your arsenal to protect yourself.

Your first step should be the tools you already have: Windows Update, to make sure your computer is fully patched, and your current antivirus software, to make sure anything that slips through the cracks is caught.

But if Conficker's already on your machine, it may bypass certain subsystems and updating Windows and your antivirus at this point may not work. If you are worried about anything being amiss -- try booting into Safe Mode, which Conficker prevents, to check -- you should run a specialized tool to get rid of Conficker.

Microsoft offers a web-based scanner (note that some users have reported it crashed their machines; I had no trouble with it), so you might try one of these downloadable options instead: Symantec's Conficker (aka Downadup) tool, Trend Micro's Cleanup Engine, or Malwarebytes. Conficker may prevent your machine from accessing any of these websites, so you may have to download these tools from a known non-infected computer if you need them. Follow the instructions given on each site to run them successfully. (Also note: None of these tools should harm your computer if you don't have Conficker.)

As a final safety note, all users -- whether they're worried about an infection or know for sure they're clean -- are also wise to make a full data backup today.

What won't work? Turning your PC off tonight and back on on April 2 will not protect you from the worm (sorry to the dozens of people who wrote me asking if this would do the trick). Temporarily disconnecting your computer from the web won't help if the malware is already on your machine -- it will simply activate once you connect again. Changing the date on your PC will likely have no helpful effect, either. And yes, Macs are immune this time out. Follow the above instructions to detect and remove the worm.

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Groundbreaking hospital drama "ER" draws its last breath this week after 15 years of blood, sweat and tears that changed storytelling on U.S. television and put fictional County General Hospital on the world's stage.

Thursday's two-hour season finale on the NBC network, preceded by a retrospective special, brings to an end a drama series that nearly never got made, yet boosted the careers of stars including George Clooney and won 22 Emmy awards, U.S. television's top honor.

But just as the fast-paced "ER" episodes over the years left many stories unresolved, viewers should not expect a neat ending or grand emotional farewell with many former stars appearing on the final show.

Clooney, who left the show in 1999, and other "ER" alumni including Julianna Margulies, Anthony Edwards, Eriq La Salle and Noah Wyle appeared earlier in this 15th and final season.

"We've spread them out over the season," Executive Producer John Wells, who wrote the finale, told Entertainment Weekly magazine. "I didn't want to do something like somebody dies, or there is a celebration, or the hospital closes, so that's why everybody comes back (during the season). I wanted it to be natural."

Author Michael Crichton, who died of cancer last year, wrote the screenplay for "ER" in 1974 based on his experiences as a medical student in a busy hospital emergency department.

But the it went nowhere until Crichton worked with director Steven Spielberg on the 1993 film "Jurassic Park," and later the two turned their attention to a TV pilot that eventually aired on NBC in September 1994.

A TOP-RATED DRAMA

"ER's" frenetic pace, complex medical jargon and multi-stranded plots were at odds with the self-contained medical mystery format used on most prior hospital TV shows.

But the format and characters played well to audiences. Between 1995 and 1999, "ER" was the top-rated drama on U.S. television.

It also has played in 195 countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America and has been dubbed or sub-titled in 22 languages.

"We were in Kenya, in Nairobi, in the airport and everyone knew who I was," said "ER" actress Alex Kingston at a Hollywood party celebrating the show. "It was kind of strange, but that's just how big the show is."

As the original cast members departed over the years, the likes of Goran Visnjic, Maura Tierney and John Stamos put on their scrubs. Guest stars have included Zac Efron, Ray Liotta, Dakota Fanning and Cynthia Nixon.

Viewership slipped in recent seasons, and the show now attracts around 7 to 8 million viewers per episode -- less than half of the audience at the height of its popularity.

"You know fifteen years is a long time for a television show to be on the air. So the timing is good," said Gloria Reuben, who appeared in more than 100 episodes.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — An agent for 33-year-old singer and actor Andy Hallett says the former cast member from the vampire TV series "Angel" has died of congestive heart disease. Hallett's agent Pat Brady says Hallett died Sunday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after having problems breathing. Brady says he has battled the heart condition for the past five years.

Hallett was a fan favorite on the "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" spinoff as Lorne, a green-skinned good guy demon who runs a karaoke club and can read a person's aura when they sing.

The show ran five seasons on the WB network and ended in 2004.

Hallett, an only child, is survived by his father Dave Hallett and mother Lori Hallett.

Hinata is not fatally wounded and she's going to live, I dunno why Pain didn't kill her, do you have any conclusion guys? Are you excited for Naruto 441? Because if you ask me, yes! I am excited for Naruto 441 chapter! With all the revealtions made about Naruto and the sudden appearance of Yondaime Hokage. The talk is all worth it!

Revelation about Naruto's true identity is this weeks Naruto 440 topic. Yondaime know the person behind's the Kyuubi Attack 16 years ago, my theory is Yondaime Hokage not only fought the Kyuubi but also Madara Uchiha, as he revealed that Madara was there and knew about Yondaimes move. Maybe, its Yondaime versus the Kyuubi and Madara, and if that is true, then Yondaime is a proof of one of those Great Ninjas ever lived in the Shinobi World... Naruto will prove that he also deserves that praise too, I know it will happen on Naruto 441 chapter.

This weeks chapter proves that only Shodai Hokage (Hashirama Senju) is the only ninja who can defeat Madara Uchiha and it only shows that their shinobi era is the most power generation ever lived. If you think about it, no one in the Konoha Ninja have the unique skills to stop Madara even the current Hokage have no match to him (I hope Naruto 441 can prove me wrong).

Naruto 441 is something to look forward for next week, since it will be the final battle between Pain and Naruto. I do hope they'll release spoilers soon, just like what happened with this weeks chapter.

Can't wait for Naruto 440 next week! I hope they'll reveal more about Yondaime in Naruto 440, It's a father and son talk, I hope Kyuubi will succumb to Naruto's will since he's the son of the one who sealed him and got his respect. It only shows that the spirit of Yondaime is sealed along with the Kyuubi. He's the gate safe guard of the nine tails.

Finally, its Minato Namikaze who spilled out the truth about Naruto's identity, he revealed himself as his father, its perfect to see them meeting again after 15 years, although Minato or the Yondaime Hokage don't want to see the Kyuubi again, but he's indeed happy to see his grown up son again.

The Kyuubi was left in shock to see the person who sealed his powers to be there all the time, it only means that Minato never left Naruto or should I say Kyuubi, Minato was just waiting for the right moment to appear and prevent him from hurting everybody again. Available now for $79, the new Shuffle (announced this morning on Apple's Web site—did someone heed Chris' call for fewer Apple events?) is billed as the "world's smallest music player," and indeed, it looks tiny—just 1.8 by 0.7 by 0.3 inches, or (as Apple helpfully notes) a little smaller than a AA battery.

Gone is the circular navigation pad from the last-generation Shuffle; instead, you get a new in-line remote on the earphone cord, which includes volume up/down buttons, plus a center control that lets you pause and skip tracks. Not bad, but here's the only problem: Third-party earphones won't work all that well with the new Shuffle, or at least not until someone makes a pair with a compatible in-line remote.

Also new: VoiceOver, an intriguing attempt to replace the Shuffle's missing LCD display with a computerized voice that tells you the track name and artist of the song you're listening to. Just press and hold the center key of the Shuffle's in-line remote to hear VoiceOver speak.

The new Shuffle also gets playlist support—at last—thanks to VoiceOver. Here's how it works: Keep holding the center key and VoiceOver will tell you what playlist you're listening to, followed by a list of all available playlists; click again when you hear the playlist you'd want to select.

Interesting … although based on the demo on Apple's Web site, VoiceOver isn't without its quirks. The voice itself sounds a bit robotic, and for some strange reason, Apple decided to give VoiceOver a male voice when synced with a Mac and a female voice for PC music lovers. Strange—why not give everyone the chance to choose for themselves? (Perhaps they will; guess we'll find out soon.)

That said, I like the fact that the new Shuffle (available in silver and black flavors) comes with 4GB of storage for $79, just $10 more than the old 2GB version.

THE DAY OF HEARTS

If you ask me if I look forward to Valentine’s Day, my answer is yes. Why? Because it’s the day that is dedicated to love, its the only special day in the calendar that’s much celebrated by everyone in the world. Even families, lovers, friends, and even our grannies celebrate this day. I consider Valentines Day as a day of sharing and pouring of emotions, declaring love to everyone who’s been part of my wonderful year.

I feel happy on Valentine’s Day, because I can see and feel the love on this day, I always see couples on the street holding hands and kissing. And I can sense that the world is in a state of love and peace on Valentine’s Day.

My favorite Valentine moment happened last February 12, it was a pre-Valentine’s date. It was actually a friendly date with Kate. I consider it as a singles night date, Kate and I celebrate the night dining at Italianni’s restaurant, we chit chat about the things that happened to us in the past 3 years, the ups and downs of our past relationships, career, and life. As I mentioned a while ago Valentine’s Day is not only for lovers.

I can say that my Valentine’s was super because I finally got the time to spend quality time with a friend. I got the chance to share my frustrations, my problems, my ordeals, and my achievements in life.

If given an opportunity to spend a perfect Valentine’s, I would like to spend it romancing with my partner in a very romantic place like Enoshima island in Fujisawa-city (Kanagawa prefecture, Japan), an island full of illuminations from its observatory lighthouse on weekends plus the romantic view of its beach.

Valentine’s Day is also the day of many weeding or marriage proposals and also a perfect day to tie the knot for some couples. Err, if you ask me what I think about marriage. Here’s my answer, marriage is a sacred thing and should be treated as an everlasting vow of love, honor, loyalty, and faithfulness to your would be partner in life.

GLOBAL CRISIS: AM I AFFECTED?

Yes, I am affected with the current global crisis, because I and my friends work for a U.S. base company, and few of them already begun retrenching some of their employees or worse they already close their network here in the Philippines.

A simple indication that I am affected by the global crisis is whenever I buy new shirts from a famous U.K. based brand, if you notice; the famous foreign brands are on-sale everywhere, a perfect indication that they’re having a hard time to sale their products.

I think the Philippines is affected by the global crisis, why? Look the unemployment rate figures of last year, notice the Filipino OFW unemployment rate from Macau, and the closure of Intel Philippines Plant in Cavite.

GRADUATION

After graduation I expected (unusual for me since I live my life with no expectations) to get a job that is related with BS Computer Science course., whether if it’s a high paying job or average paying job, as long as it will be a training ground that will enhance skills and knowledge.

Reality bites, it was so different when you’re living independently without the help of your parents, compared to when I’m still fresh out of college, I depend almost everything to my mom and dad (everyday allowance, laundry, shopping money). But, now I live all by myself, I am responsible for myself, I’m now the person who’s responsible for my youngest sister’s tuition fee and monthly allowance. I am not the one who’s paying the monthly bills. I am the one having the headache of how to budget my salary, and I’m the one responsible for every action that I do.

I learned that college is not only studying, college is studying hard while having fun. Prioritizing your studies first, getting high grades but not forgetting to have fun, reward yourself with the things you like to do, like partying, shopping, buying gadgets, travel, eating, and etc. College is best represented with these words: Hardship, Fun, Expose, and Live.

Here are the HOT THINGS ON THE LIST I retained from last year.

1. Apple IPod Touch 2g –I bought this gadget October last year which can do everything, its a mp3 player, video player, image viewer, calendar, wi-fi enabled gadget, organizer, and many more. It can do almost everything, plus it’s a touch screen gadget. I had a hard time thinking if I should buy this product or not, because I already have my PSP Slim and Lite which can do almost the same thing, but, a lot slower.

2. Palm Treo 680 – I got this smart phone June last year, the thing that I loved about this phone is I can use it to edit, update, and view my .doc, .xls, and .ppt files that other smart phones cannot do. Compared to others this smart phone can do it in a faster and accurate rate.

Here are the HOT THINGS ON THE LIST I have to let-go.

1. PSP Slim n Slite – I have to let go of this product in terms of using it as a mp3 player and video player since I already have my Apple Ipod Touch 2g. I only use my PSP when I play my favorite games and kill some time when I’m at home. I never brought it in the office since it will be hassle to bring a bulky system with its charger and UMDs.

When buying a specific product NOW especially we’re experiencing global financial crisis, you have to consider these things before buying something, like for me, I like to buy gadgets:

• Worthy of its price.
• Suits your needs.
• Warranty.

What made my 2008 GREAT versus what made my 2008 not so GREAT?

My 2008 was GREAT because, first, the things I was able accomplished like getting promoted as a Senior Internet Marketing Specialist; it was a great achievement since I was able to prove something with my career life. Second, We had our much awaited family member come back, after 8 years of stay in the U.S. with no show from my auntie, she finally decided to come home (with my cousin Dane) and spend their time with us together with my Kuya who surprised us with a sudden trip back home from U.K. (surprised us with a knock on the door). Thanks to them I finally had my valid reasons to file a long vacation leave, a vacation of shopping spree, travelling galore, and never ending chit -chats.

My 2008 was NOT SO GREAT because, my favorite and only remaining Lola passed away on April 03, 2008. Heart breaking news for me since she's kindest and understanding person that I can rely on and run to whenever I have problems. Her knowledge and wisdom never fails to amaze me.

It is not what made my 2008 GREAT versus what made my 2008 not so GREAT is, it’s the things that made my 2008, the things that helped me to become a great person this year 2009.

Looking Forward:

I will keep on doing the usual things, I'll live my life with careful planning, with a timeline, I’ll keep on learning new things with life and career and I'll stop complaining with little problems.

To tell you the truth, I already planned my life, but, I never expected any of my plans to be realize, they're just my life guide. I never lived my life with expectations, I simply give my best shot in everything I do and if rewarded, a big thanks!

Reward myself by buying my post-Christmas gift for myself and start saving up lots of money again. My wallet and bank account feels so empty after Christmas, and the only solution to it is not to think of the money you’ve spend last year. Haha!

Leukemia-stricken Francis Magalona passes away at 44

Vic Sotto confirmed the news over GMA's noontime show Eat Bulaga and asked for a minute of prayer for the eternal repose of the singer-composer's soul.

Magalona's battle with leukemia was made public last year. In a public statement last April 14, he admitted he was battling with the malady. A blood drive was subsequently announced for the singer.

The 44-year-old singer-composer told the Philippine Entertainment Portal last December 2008 that he survived a delicate medical condition days before he was dispatched from a hospital.
"Akala ko kasi magki-Christmas ako sa ospital, e, [I thought I would spend Christmas in the hospital] because I had a very, very, very close brush with death last December 4. I went into septic shock and it was a very scary moment," he said in an earlier interview.

It was announced last year that Magalona was scheduled for a bone marrow transplant.
"My doctor said I'm in remission right now after my third chemo cycle. So, my next move would be to do the bone marrow transplant and I'm very happy to announce that I was able to find a match. I'm in a hurry to see the Naruto 439 spoilers, yes, you heard it right, Naruto 439 spoilers! I need them now! haha... Naruto 438 was a great chapter, we saw how 6 tails Naruto broke the seal of Yamato and Kakashi. Hinata Hyuuga is still alive (any idead why Pain didn't go for the kill?).

Yamato returns to Konoha and try to seal the Kyuubi's chakra, I hope he will not be late to do it, the power of the Kyuubi is too much to handle even for Pain.

Konohagakure Village has been confirmed wiped out from the shinobi's powerful village, It's a great thing Tsunade has greatly played her role as Godaime Hokage, she proved herself worthy of the Sannin title, she saved most of the villagers by using his medical ninjutsu and her infamous Genesis Rebirth jutsu, a perfect counter attack from Pain's killing technique, Shinra Tensei.

I have to keep on eye with Pains ultimate jutsu, Chibaku Tensei, what is it? what will it do? what are its secret? Will it able to defeat Naruto and Kyuubi??? I am so excited for next week's Naruto 439 and eventually Naruto 440 chapter.

Since Kate and I are both single we decided to meet up and have a date at Itallianis in Glorietta 4 and Starbucks. Its been 3 years since the last time we seen each other and nothings change, we definitely missed each others company, especially now that I don"t have my other close friends who are close to my work place. Because, Onch and VeePee already decided to be brain drain to US and Dubai respectively.

I missed kate's authoritative manner of saying things (the sarcasm, the female version of Ferdinand Marcos). I remember back in college, she's the type of person who speaks her mind. She'll show no mercy when she's angry and disappointed, but, she's one of those people who will be honest and loyal to you, and for that our bonds just grew a lot more stronger and time can attest to that... We had a great time!

By the way, by Friday we'll watch a movie together... Crap! I need to check the box office play date and time schedule.

A Veneto, California Berry

Just got back from lunch, it's been a while since we had a lunch out together with Abby. We (Abby, Jody, Ren, RC, Kiko, and Paolo) dine in at A Veneto, we ordered for a new england pizza, seafood pasta in oli, meat platter and meat sauce spaghetti. I love the new england pizza because its not salty and not oily, and it taste so delicious. the seafood and meat sauce pasta drenched in olive oil was also perfect, as long as olive oil is present in every pasta dish for sure it will be a sure hit! haha.

After A Veneto, jody and I went down on hunting and locating this so called California Berry, a frozen yogurt parlor, it was located beside the basement parking of Silver City, which took most of our time searching, I ordered for a medium size yogurt for only 115 pesos (with 3 toppings). I chose the kiwi, strawberry, and mango toppings, I can't spot the difference between the taste of Red Mango and White Hat. But, my love still goes to Red Mango (Kiko, give me five).

Alcohol and Cake Night

I was supposed to leave the office by 4:35 PM since its Friday and I was supposed to buy a gift for a friend, while preparing to leave, RC invited us suddenly to spare some time to have couple of shots, since its Friday night and we had a busy week, so might as well give in to the invite and enjoy for few hours.

It's my first time in Barbecue Boy last night (with jody, jaymie, kiko, paolo, abby, rc, rey, sir alvin, boss marc, ronan, ico, and renwick [it was fun, fun, fun, boss marc refreshed my memory of what happened or what I've done in Potipot, shhhh]) and it was my first time to drink the Mojito, yes, the Mojito, its ingredients according to the menu are calamansi juice, rum, and honey. A special mix that is filled with vitamin c which is good to the immune system while at the same time a very healthy drink for those who have heart problems since it contains rum (an excuse for a semi-alcoholic person). If I remember it correctly, we had 12 pitchers of Mojito, luckily we didn't end up as drunkards, thanks to the super slow service (I can't blame them since the place is full and there are only 4 waiters to take a handful of orders). Anyway, we left the place by around 11:30 PM because Kiko and me suddenly craved for a slice of cake.

RC drop us at kozui since Jody wants to eat green tea ice cream and green tea cheesecake (there's a wasabi after taste, what a cheesecake!). While Kiko saw Cakes and Coffee and we both agreed to head inside and try their tempting blueberry cheesecake (I know its cheesecake night, right!?), one of the best blueberry cheesecakes I ever tasted (according to kiko I was in Cheesecake paradise), shared it with jody and ate jaymie with their yummy sweets from Kazui.

Left the place around 12:10 Midnight with our stomach fool, satisfied and free from the stressful week we had. Again, thanks Jody, Jaymie, RC, Kiko, Paolo, and Abby for the happy times last night. Yosh!

Many things happened last week, and I was left in a state of amazement, why? Because, I'd been able to bond with the SEO Team and the other hitch hikers from the other teams who joined our Team building. Some of the events that happened are series of unfortunate events that I'll be keeping to myself, because If I reveal them, it will cause me great loss... Literally.

We arrive at Dawal resort 1:05PM, after unpacking our things in the dormitory, we took our lunch by 1:30PM, rested for a while, then prepared the things (food, beverages, towels, etc.) we will be bringing in the Island and by 2:15 we took the boat going to Potipot Island.

Potipot Island was of the few beaches that I considered the least that I will go to and spend the whole day just to tan myself. But, after seeing the beauty of the island, boy, the 6 hours travel was all worth it, the fine white sand, the clear blue sky, the lusciously green trees, and the clear blue waters. Swear to god it was paradise, thanks to the season the beach is not that crowded and pave way for me to really appreciate the beauty of the Island.

We waited for the sunset, 5:30PM we leave the sandy part of the beach and headed in the western part of the island and alas we arrived at what it seems like old ruins, debris are everywhere and that gave beauty on that west side of Potipot. We waited for the sunset and everybody looked for a nice place to catch the setting of the sun... And it was a moment of silence, left amazed and bewildered by the sunset.

Its just so nostalgic, the old memories and feelings started to comeback (right now am actually missing my college days). Which is true I think, who would not want to feel to be loved and to be cared. This song strucks me after hearing it, I've been a Nickleback fan and it they always surprise me of how they can write a great song with great lyrics.

The theme of the song is love just like any artists who releases any love theme song, but, the way Nickleback adds rock edge melody in to it always makes it special and always make it sound refreshing but not to the point where you can't hear or distinguish Nickleback's style.

iPod Touch Bluetooth

As i was reading an article about the history of iPod Touch, I found out that iPod Touch 2g uses Broadcom BCM4325 a wi-fi chipset that supports Bluetooth and FM Radio. Although it was not officially announced and supported by Apple (this is the reason why Nike+iPod support was released, I guess so, as Apple has said that the Nike+iPod kit works on an unspecified 2.4 GHz radio frequency), maybe the reason behind this is they don't want to sabotage their then upcoming release mobile product which was the iPhone, since iPod Touch was made as a training wheel for iPhone.

Now it's time for me to find out how to activate this bluetooth and fm radio capabilities of my iPod Touch, but first I'll need to prove that the chipset mentioned above is indeed inside my iPod.

Apple stocks tumble as Jobs announces LOA

Apple stocks dropped an alarming 6.5% after trading hours when story got out that CEO Steve Jobs is taking a leave of absence for medical reasons.

For months, there have been speculation that Steve Jobs may be suffering from some health-related problems. This was the reason why he did not attend the MacWorld Conference (and did the keynote) last week.

Although he stated in an email to the Apple Community that he’ll be back by June, this news surely concerns people in the industry about the future of Apple. COO Tim Cook is taking over for the meantime.

Stocks dropped below the $80 mark after trading hours and continues to spiral down as the news spreads.

Am I that boring? I guess yes, if people do not know me that well... I know there's part of me that is emo but not that kind of super emo, and I also know for a fact that I'm a little introvert and reserved and I don't know why, hehe. My close friends knew me as vins the One Liner Man, since I crack a joke once in every century (LOL) and believe they're laughing on the ground when throw some jokes, imagine me saying it with a straight and expressionless face, haha,

Vins is talkative and got a lot to share when he's with his college best friends and office mates/friends especially when he is with Jody, because as you all know vins and jody have the same like, SWEETS. Yes dear readers Vins have a sweet tooth since birth and he loves every kinds of chocolates especially the dark and bitter ones.

Its been while since I had a girlfriend, let me think and count the months past, hmm, yeah its been 7 months and counting, but, I am not in a hurry to engage or commit myself to somebody, since a relationship can wait. My friends keep on teasing me of not courting a girl that I like but, NO... Yes, I like her because she's smart, pretty and nice, I am not ashamed to say that I have a crush on her and that is all there is to it, nothing less but definitely there will be more, I guess so, maybe in the coming days or weeks but definitely not months, haha.
